BINGE EATING UNCHAINED GROUP COACHING AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Ryann Nicole Linthicum ("Coach"), the primary Coach and owner of Ryann Nicole Wellness LLC ("Company"), with a primary address of PO Box 207, Driggs, WY 83422, and the enrolling client ("Client"). All parties involved are collectively referred to as the "Parties." The purpose of this agreement is to outline the services provided by the Coach and the responsibilities of the Client.

PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

The Client seeks the services of Coach Ryann Nicole to address challenges related to food and/or body, as specified in this agreement. Ryann Nicole agrees to provide these services in accordance with the terms outlined herein. This Agreement is governed by the State of Idaho.

SERVICES

The Client has chosen a three (3) month Group Coaching program ("Binge Eating Unchained"). The Coach commits to providing the Client with the following services over the entire three (3) months:

Weekly Group Coaching Calls (12 total)
Community Support with Ryann Nicole throughout the program (12 weeks)
Monthly Q&A with RD Lisa Schrader throughout the program (12 weeks)
Lifetime Access to Food Freedom Fundamentals (and any added updates)
The Parties acknowledge that modifications or expansions of the Services may occur through a written agreement executed by both Parties.

RECORDINGS

Each coaching call will be recorded for replay.

PAYMENT/PAYMENT PLAN

The Client can choose to pay in full for $1497 or opt for one of the following payment plans:

$375 a month for 4 months (totaling $1500)
$217 a month for 7 months (totaling $1,519)
$169 a month for 9 months (totaling $1,521)
$128 a month for 12 months (totaling $1536)
The Client agrees that the chosen payment method will be active, valid, and have sufficient funds available during the payment period. In case of payment decline, the Client must provide an alternative, valid payment method.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
We understand that situations can change, and our services may not always meet your expectations. Hence, we have a cancellation and refund policy to prioritize your satisfaction. If you decide within two weeks of your initial purchase that BEU isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your enrollment and get a refund. However, please be aware that a $200 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the reserved spot, given the limited availability of spots in the program. After this two-week period, your enrollment becomes final, and no further cancellations or refunds will be processed.

CONTACT

The Coach responds to messages Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM MST and 4:00 PM MST. Responses outside normal business hours are not mandatory.

SERVICES

The Services consist of three (3) months of Group Coaching. The Coach does not guarantee specific results or achievements from the provided Services.

DISCLAIMER

The Coach does not offer professional medical services or advice. The services provided do not constitute medical advice or create a therapist-patient relationship.

GUARANTEES

No promises or guarantees about the outcome of this Agreement are made by the Coach. Best efforts will be applied to assist the Client.

OWNERSHIP

The Coach retains the copyright for all products, courses, journals, instructions, or deliverables created for the Client. Intellectual property rights belong solely to the Coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Parties agree to keep confidential information private. The Coach will not share the Client’s information with third parties unless compelled by law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties. The Parties have executed this Coaching Agreement on the date of checkout.
