Hunger and Fullness Masterclass Terms  

**You are 18 years or older.

REFUNDS I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and I also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in The Hunger and Fullness Masterclass (“HFM”). I offer a 30-day refund for all purchases on the condition that proof is provided; I want to see that you gave the course/(s) an honest effort on all modules, and that it, did not work for you. In the event that you have not been able to achieve any results from the strategies you implemented throughout all modules within the course or course(s) that you are seeking a refund for, please contact Ryann Nicole at hello@itsryannnicole.com within the first 30 days from the date you purchased The Hunger and Fullness Masterclass (“HFM”) and let us know if you would like a refund. Your request for a refund must include the aforementioned support/proof that all available modules and action steps have been completed and the methods taught within The Hunger and Fullness Masterclass (“HFM”) were implemented. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework alongside your request, you will not be granted a refund. We will NOT provide refunds for purchases made more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course/package regardless if you complete the course or modules. I reserve the right to approve or refuse a refund request within our sole discretion.  PAYMENT PLANS

If you have elected to enroll in an installment payment plan for any of the Ryann Nicole Wellness courses/packages, you agree to also authorize the charges on your credit card or other payment method. By signing up for the payment plan, you also agree to pay your balance in full by the date specified on your payment plan until your payment plan is complete, as set forth by way of your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout. You also acknowledge that the credit card(s) or payment method(s) you use to purchase any payment plan for any individual course or package will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payback period. If for any reason my payment is declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. If your credit card cannot be charged on the date specified by Ryann Nicole Wellness, LLC reserves the right to revoke your access to that product. You also understand and agree that you will be charged a late fee of 1% for each month that your account is due and owing for any reason whatsoever. Ryann Nicole Wellness, LLC reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies, including reasonable attorney’s fees.  REVOCATION OF ACCESS

You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of the aforementioned courses or packages, however your unilateral termination will not excuse you of further payment. If you have violated any of the terms stated herein, Ryann Nicole Wellness, LLC reserves the right to revoke access to the courses or packages immediately. CREDIT CARD



CHARGEBACKS

You understand and agree that in the event that you initiate a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with your issuing bank for any courses or packages available from Ryann Nicole Wellness, LLC that you have in fact received and owe payment for, and you are successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to us, we will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that you did receive delivery of your products including this Chargeback Policy, as well as our Refund Policy. Further we reserve the right to issue you an invoice for any and all products that Ryann Nicole Wellness, LLC has sold and delivered to you. You hereby agree to pay the full invoice in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated. Should you ultimately fail to make appropriate payment, we reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law.  MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
